Zoning Board to Consider Change for Daycare Center

CHAMBERSBURG – The Chambersburg Zoning Hearing Board will meet tonight to review a request for a special exception permit for a daycare center on Edgar Avenue.

Brian Zoeller is requesting a special exception permit to expand the non-conforming child daycare center use at 1710 Edgar Avenue and to change the non-conforming use in a separate building from a storage use to a child daycare center.

The area is zoned low-density residential.

The public hearing will be held at 5 p.m. today, Sept. 1, in Council Chambers on the first floor of the Utility Department addition to Borough Hall, 100 S. Second St., Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Face coverings and temperature checks will be required for those who attend.
