05 June 2023- The Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Day Reporting Center is hosting its first Graduation Celebration to be held on Friday, July 14, 2023 at 12:00 PM at 145 Iko Way, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740.
The Day Reporting Center is an alternative to incarceration and provides an on-site intensive cognitive restructuring program, designed to change an offender’s adverse thinking patterns and attitudes, decrease substance relapse, enhance coping skills, improve job skills and job retention, enhance pro-social attitudes and activity, and reduce recidivism.
Individuals who have successfully completed the Day Reporting Center Program to date will be invited to participate in the Graduation Celebration. Washington County Detention Center and Day Reporting Center staff, partnering agencies, community members, and families of graduating participants will join the celebration.
