27 January 2023- George C. Makrides, Frederick, Maryland, has been charged with one count each of stalking and criminal trespass after an incident was reported to police on December 23 at 8:46 a.m. on Quail Run Drive.
Timoteo Urcid Cabanez, Waynesboro, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance and drivers required to be licensed after an auto accident occurred on December 26 at 1:48 a.m. on S. Church Street.
