05 July 2023- Around 7:00 p.m. the Waynesboro Police Department was dispatched to an unattended death on Elder Avenue.
Detectives from our department as well as the Franklin County Coroners Office and Franklin County Detectives are investigating this incident and have no additional information at this time. Preliminary investigation determined that there is no threat to the community.
This incident remains an active investigation.
