WAYNESBORO – A warrant has been issued for Ervin Wydell Shultz, No Fixed Address, who has been charged with one count of aggravated assault and two counts of simple assault after stabbing a 56-year-old female in the wrist during a domestic dispute on Friday, 25 August 2023, in the 100 Block of South Potomac Street.
