HAGERSTOWN, MD – The Washington County Geographic Information Systems Department has created a Voting Center Locator to ease the process of finding the closest in-person voting location for the 2020 General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
County residents are able to vote at any of the 11 locations shown on the map.
The Voting Center Locator can be found on the county’s homepage at www.washco-md.net.
Mail-in ballots can be returned via mail or by placing ballots in any of the drop box locations throughout the county.
Ballot drop box locations will be set up at the Washington County Board of Elections, 35 W. Washington St., Hagerstown, and the Washington County Board of Elections Voting Center at 17718 Virginia Ave., Hagerstown, beginning Oct. 1; and at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center, 7313 Sharpsburg Pike, Boonsboro, and the Leonard P. Snyder Memorial Library, 12624 Broadfording Road, Clear Springs, beginning Oct. 17.
County residents may also opt to participate in Early Voting which will take place beginning Monday, Oct. 26 through Monday, Nov. 2, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The location for Early Voting is Washington County Early Voting Center, 17718 Virginia Avenue, Hagerstown.
