18 July 2023- The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.
Astrid Abigail Rodas-Alvardo, 17, was last seen on July 16, 2023 at 9:45 AM at a residence in the Halfway/Hagerstown area.
Astrid is described as being 5’09” and 125 lbs, with brown eyes, and long-straight black hair.
Astrid might be in the company of a male named “Louis Chickin”, and possibly headed to New York.
Anyone with information on her location is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 240-313-2170.
