CHAMBERSBURG – Donovan Manley Jackson is required to register as a sex offender for a period of ten years and he failed to verify his residence and have his photograph taken as required by law.
Per Chambersburg PD, Jackson is now wanted for Failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements. Anyone with information on Jackson’s location is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Dept. or leave a tip on Crime Watch.
