CHAMBERSBURG – Chambersburg Police ask for your help in locating Eliseo Melchor. In a press release CPD noted Melchor grabbed the steering wheel of the victim’s vehicle while he was seated in the passenger seat and caused the vehicle to crash.
Melchor is now wanted for Simple Assault and Recklessly endangering another person. Anyone with information on Melchor’s location is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Dept. or leave a tip on Crime Watch.
