15 February 2023- Pennsylvania State Police have released the name of an Upper Strasburg man killed in a single vehicle dirt bike accident on February 14th. PSP say that Kyle Evan Hurden, 32, was traveling south on Mountain Road when he exited the roadway through the northbound shoulder and struck a tree. Police note the time of the incident as 8:30am.
PSP- Chambersburg as well as Pleasant Hall Fire Company and Fire Police arrived on scene shortly after. Franklin County Coroner’s Office pronounced Hurden deceased at the scene.
