The fallen Fauci – does he survive?

June 3 – A Freedom of Information Act request from BuzzFeed has produced emails from Dr. Anthony Fauci from January to June 2020 and the results in terms of what the Chief Medical Advisor knew and when he knew it are surprising.

There’s the pacifying tone towards China.

There’s the realization that he knew the virus likely came from a lab in Wuhan.

There’s even doubts about the effectiveness of masks.

Attorney Clint Barkdoll, Pat Ryan and Michele Jansen discussed Dr. Fauci this morning on First News.

Ryan asked, “Does he survive this? I don’t think so, but hell, you put Joe Biden in the Oval Office so what do I know?”

Barkdoll said, “I don’t know how he survives this. Remember the reporting a few months ago, he’s the highest paid federal employee in the system. These emails were starting to leak out and the ones yesterday were his friendly and conciliatory tone towards China. Well now this new avalanche of emails came out and it’s just all sorts of commentary that seems to undermine the very things that he was presenting to Congress and to the public, ranging from doubts about mask wearing. He also made some comments in there just about American society saying that we have crazy people here, they’re not going to believe anything we do. He seemed to have some doubts about the COVID genesis itself.”

News has come out that the coronavirus was likely created in a lab in Wuhan.

Barkdoll said, “Some of these emails seem to say Fauci thought the same thing all along but would never come out and say that. He very much was on the idea that this was out of the wet market and there’s just this whole series of things and I don’t know how he survives in the sense of when the media starts slicing and dicing these emails that we’re starting to see, I don’t know how the guy has credibility at this point.”

Jansen said, “The media bear so much responsibility for this misdirection that’s happened over this last year because they would never take seriously anyone who challenged this. They made fun of them. They smeared them. After all this time, with the social media even squashing anybody suggesting that this virus came out of the Wuhan lab because of the words of Dr. Fauci. Now all of a sudden, he’s open to it. He knew these emails were coming out. He knew how bad this would make him look. And on top of that, this idiotic book that he wrote. He’s going to look so bad in this, trying to profit now off of the whole experience when apparently he was lying to us. And he also directed them to come up with the research to show that this didn’t come out of a lab. It’s not that he just didn’t agree with the possibility. There’s actually indication in this email that he had an emergency meeting with virologists. I don’t know whether it was just to save face because he could be implicated in this or was he really culpable?”

Barkdoll pointed out, “The New York Times last week came as close to I’ve seen as a mea culpa on this COVID lab leak issue and I thought the writer made a very interesting point. He very openly admitted that because President Trump came out early and said this very well may have come from a lab and it was leaked, either deliberately or accidentally, that the New York Times and other media outlets immediately dismissed it because they felt that Trump had zero credibility. And if you look at the article they published last week, they are saying that was a grave mistake that the media just never even explored the idea that what the president was saying was true. Of course now the more we are learning, it looks like not only was it true, but even people like Fauci and other people high up in government knew about it and said absolutely nothing about it and of course they did nothing about it. That is a real disservice to everyone, not only the United States, but even around the world.”

Does Dr. Fauci survive?

Barkdoll said, “You look through these emails, I don’t know how someone like this keeps a position when they just have lost all their credibility.”
