Action items – communicate at least these three things:

1) Delay the meeting as proposed for Tuesday and hold a first, well advertised, meeting to inform the rest of the community and other stakeholders besides the LGBTQ+ community, who might be significantly impacted by these proposals, exactly what is to be researched by this group so that they might provide information and experts to represent their interests.

2) Consider delaying all the meetings until covid restrictions are eased so that members of the community may participate in person at meeting and the meetings could be covered by the press outside of “muted zoom meeting” observance to assure public that this is really a transparent process in which the FULL community’s interests are to represented.

3) Ask why they have continued to obscure what this group has been established to do in their agenda and official announcements on this issue and why they didn’t make an effort to inform the wider community of the gravity of these proposals before this group even started any work.
