HAGERSTOWN – On January 30th, 2021 at about 4:40 am, officers responded to 931 Dual Highway at the Plaza Inn and Suites for a reported shooting that occurred in the rear parking lot. On arrival officers located Roderick Rashan WHITE, age 40 of Greensboro, NC, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
Detectives arrived to investigate and the Western Maryland Crime Lab responded to process the crime scene. This is an active investigation and there is no further information to release at this time.
