12 January 2023- Elmer ARDINGER contacted the victim and impersonated being a Pennsylvania State Police Trooper. ARDINGER was upset over a miss understanding. ARDINGER called himself Trooper ARDINGER and threaten to come to the victim’s location and take care of things in his Trooper vehicle.
Ardinger is charged with misdemeanor impersonating a public servant and misdemeanor harassment.
