CARLISLE — Those who have received recent funding from Cumberland County’s Renew Cumberland Grant Program take note: the county has been made aware of emails circulating asking you to “connect your bank account” or “verify your bank information” for the COVID-19 Relief Program.
According to county officials, emails from the Renew Cumberland Grant Program will never ask for your bank account information and those who receive the emails should not respond, but rather delete them immediately.
