HERSHEY – Use of force tactics utilized by police will be the focus of a special seminar held this week for members of the media.
“The goal of this presentation is to provide the media with a unique opportunity to enhance their understanding of police use of force and the use of force training provided to Pennsylvania State Police cadets,” a statement said.
A hands-on demonstration will follow the presentation and will allow some participants to experience a simulated incident from the perspective of a police officer, which will provide valuable insight into human performance factors associated with police use of force.
