12 October 2023- Hagerstown Police Department Officers are looking for the public’s help identifying man found deceased earlier this month.
On 10/4/23 Officers from located a deceased male in the unit block of E Antietam St. The male was presumably homeless and appeared to be living in a shed to the rear of a vacant property. The deceased was severely decomposed and unable to be identified.
The male is of an unknown race. He is described to have a “Hindu” style tattoo of what appears to be an elephant on left hand. He also has a tattoo of a skull wearing a hat on his left bicep and what appears to be a tattoo of a ghost on his left shoulder.
