02 October 2023- Pennsylvania State Police are continuing to investigate incidents associated with an Alexandria, PA man following the positive identification of his remains in a wooded area last week.
Authorities located the remains of Jedediah Rawlings, 41, of Alexandria, Pennsylvania around 12:30pm on September 21st. Rawlings was wanted at the time of his death on charges of aggravated assault against designated individuals, felony flight, felony fleeing an officer, misdemeanor reckless endangerment, misdemeanor terroristic threats, and numerous traffic offenses.
Police say that the clothing found at the scene of Rawlings’ remains matched what he was allegedly wearing on January 30th, when he fled a traffic stop after exiting his vehicle, pulling out several knives, and threatening Troopers.
