PSP say man stole PSECU cards out of parked car at Opossum Lake, used them on $5k+ spending spree at Best Buy

29 June 2023- The Pennsylvania State Police Troop H – Carlisle Station, is attempting to identify the pictured male suspect. On 05/28/2023, three PSECU cards were stolen out of a vehicle that was parked at Opossum Lake in Lower Frankford Township, Cumberland County.

The same day at 1431 hours, the victim began receiving notifications that purchases were being made with the stolen cards. The pictured suspect was captured on surveillance making a purchase using the stolen cards at Best Buy located on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg. He purchased two Apple MacBook laptops for a total loss of $5,297.

He is described as a White male, unknown age. He was wearing a black hat, black t-shirt, dark-colored pants, glasses, and a black face mask.
