30 June 2023- The PA State Police Troop H – Chambersburg are attempting to locate 42-year-old Jose Ricardo RODRIGUEZ-PRECIADO, of Chambersburg, Franklin County.
RODRIGUEZ-PRECIADO forcibly engaged in sexual intercourse with the Victim without the Victim’s consent.
RODRIGUEZ-PRECIADO is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8” and approximately 200lbs. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark blue zip-up hoodie and may possibly be in the Franklin or Adams County area.
