06 November 2023- The Pennsylvania State Police Troop G – Bedford Barracks is attempting to locate 43-year-old Michelle Elizabeth Chicas-Leon, who is wanted for theft stemming from an incident on 01/16/23. PSP have just recently issued this alert.
Chicas-Leon is possibly in Maryland. She is 5’3”and weighs approximately 200 pounds.
