19 February 2023- A Greencastle man is pronounced deceased after he striker a tree head on in Antrim Township this week. Pennsylvania State Police say James W Monn, 53, of Greencastle was traveling eastbound around the 600 block of Pensinger Road at midnight on 02/17 when he traveled off the right side of the road and hit a tree head on. Rescue-Hose Company #1 and EMS arrived shortly after the crash and were able to extricate Monn from the car.
Monn was given first aid at the accident site before he was transported to Meritus Hospital. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. James Monn was 53.
