12 October 2023- The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the community’s help finding a missing juvenile.
Kiersten Rayne Mitchell, 13, was last seen in the Hagerstown area on October 11th, 2023, at approximately 1200 PM. Mitchell is 5’07”, 140 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. Mitchell was last seen wearing a black Victoria’s Secret zip-up hoodie with white “Pink” lettering, black leggings, and black and white crocs. There is reason to believe that Mitchell is in the Jonathan Street area of Hagerstown.
