22 June 2023- Four Chambersburg residents are looking at state felony charges for allegedly public assistance fraud. In separate cases, The Pennsylvania Office of the Inspector General has charged Corey Wayne Shetler, Veronica Faye Shetler, Stephanie Walters Glover, and Tyawnna Nakol Watts with felony fraudulent obtainment of food stamps/assistance.
All four defendants were charged in the Borough of Chambersburg and are listed as having home addresses in Chambersburg’s zip codes of 17202 or 17201.
None of the defendants have been arraigned yet but are all charged through MDJ 39-2-01 Glenn Kenneth Manns.
The Pennsylvania Inspector General’s Office tends to charge multiple people in one day or one batch for public assistance fraud. We look for more updates as they are arraigned.
