A federal appeals court rejected a Trump campaign lawsuit which sought to block certification of Pennsylvania’s election which Joe Biden won by more than 80,000 votes. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd District ruled that the lawsuit was light on facts and the arguments had no merit.
Media reports state the president’s lawyers have made unsubstantiated claims of massive voter fraud in Philadelphia. In Gettysburg Thanksgiving eve however, numerous residents participating in the 2020 Pennsylvania elections gave statements to the contrary.
