Gallagher was last seen in the area of 6200 block Duffield Rd, Guilford Twp in Franklin County, PA around 11am on 22 September 2023.

Bettie Gallagher is 89 years old, 5’10”, 110 lbs, with brown eyes and PA State Police believe this person may be at special risk of harm or injury, or may be confused.
PA State Police note the car registered to Gallagher is a 2013 White Chevy Malibu, plate – PD9944X.
