24 February 2023 – About two million air fryers branded COSORI have been recalled due to a wire connection that can overheat and cause a burn or fire.
The maker has received 205 reports of their air fryers catching fire, burning, melting, overheating or smoking, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The products were sold at Best Buy, Target, Home Depot, Amazon, and many other retailers at a cost of between $70 and $130.
