13 February 2023- Chambersburg PD arrest a man with no fixed address after he allegedly assaults a nurse and threatens to kill them. Donald Maurice Holloway is charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor terroristic threats, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Holloway is behind bars on $75,000 bail.
On February 12th around 3pm Chambersburg PD were called to the hospital for reports of a nurse being assaulted. Upon arrival, police met with the victim who allegedly told them Holloway had grabbed her arm and threatened to cut her head off. Holloway also allegedly masturbated in front of her and other staff before having to be sedated. Multiple witnesses, including security and the attending physician also talked to police.
Holloway is behind bars on $75,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is set for February 21st.
