27 January 2023- Police have added to the number of charges to a man already looking at aggravated assault charges from a 2022 cinderblock attack. Allan David Dominguez is charged with felony possession with intent to distribute and misdemeanor make repairs/sell/etc offensive weapons. Dominguez is still behind bars but given an additional bail of $5,000.
On January 5th, 2023, Chambersburg Police responded to a reported check in the area to locate a wanted subject, Allan Dominguez. CPD made contact with Dominguez and took him into custody. On Dominguez’s person allegedly was a veritable salad of drugs, including gabapentin, quetiapine fumarate, simvastatin, trazodone hydrochloride, alprazolam (Xanex), guanfacine, omeprazole, and paroxetine hydrochloride. Xanex is a schedule 4 drug. Additionally, Dominguez was found to also have brass knuckles on his person.
Dominguez is behind bars in Franklin County Jail. His preliminary hearing is set for January 31st.
