CHAMBERSBURG – Scott Lee Eisenhour Sr was arrested for loitering a prowling, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 8 December 2022.
Eisenhour was observed by a witness lurking in the bushes and looking in the windows of a residence in the 400 block of Highland Avenue. Eisenhour was confronted by the witness and then Eisenhour attempted to depart from the area on foot. Chambersburg Police Officers located Eisenhour still walking in the area of Highland Avenue. Upon arresting Eisenhour, he was searched and found with a small baggie containing suspected Methamphetamine and three hypodermic needles in his possession.
