HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 11, 2021) –Washington County Government would like to announce liberal leave is in effect for all non-essential Washington County employees today, Thursday, February 11, 2021, due to inclement weather. Employees who telework should report at their usual time.
Transit will operate on a normal schedule, however, routes may be modified due to road conditions. The County encourages those who must travel to exercise caution while on roadways. If driving is essential, clear your vehicle completely, drive slowly, use caution, and don’t crowd or pass plows.
