Kerfluffle over park rules leads to arrest

CHAMBERSBURG — Chambersburg Police have arrested a man after he caused a disturbance in Mike Waters Park on South Second Street on Monday.

According to police, Maximo Davila, 31, of Chambersburg, was upset with security at the park and began shouting and swearing at the security guard, after the guard explained to him that his son could not ride a motorbike in the park.

Police said Davila continued to shout and use profanity upon police arrival even when told he had to leave the park.  A citation was filed against Davila for disorderly conduct.
