27 June 2023- The Washington County Highway Department announces an upcoming road closure on Kemps Mill Road. The road will be temporarily closed at the bridge over the Conococheague Creek on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., weather permitting.
