CHAMBERSBURG – 09 March, 5:30pm Chambersburg Police was dispatched to the area of 125 West Washington Street for an active fight. During the altercation, Seylar pushed the victim, prevented the victim from calling 911 by taking her phone and throwing it.
Several citizens who witnessed the altercation came to the victims aid. Subsequently, the defendant was arrested and committed to the Franklin County Jail.
