CHAMBERSBURG – Saturday, October 17th 2020, the Chambersburg Police Department made contact with Ivan Soto regarding a domestic disturbance. Soto was found to be wanted by the state of New York for a parole violation. Soto was taken to Franklin County Jail charged as a fugitive from justice.
