05 June 2023- A Hustontown man is looking at 35 total charges after police allegedly find nearly three dozen guns, drugs, and money at his home in Springfield Township. Patrick Tomlinson, 60, of Hustontown, is charged with 32 counts of felony possession of a firearm prohibited, two counts of felony possession with intent to deliver, and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.. Tomlinson failed to post bail of $250,000.
On May 31st, Pennsylvania State Police- McConnellsburg conducted an investigation into Patrick Tomlinson’s home on Cromwell Church Road, Springfield Twp, Huntingdon County. During the investigation, Troopers allegedly found 32 firearms that were illegally possessed. Additionally, Troopers were able to find “a large amount of various narcotics”, as well as significant sums of US currency.
Charges were filed through MDJ 20-3-04, Lisa Marie Covert. Tomlinson failed to post bail of $250,000. His preliminary hearing is set for June 14th.
