HAGERSTOWN – Ty’Zeon Myjzour SHIPMAN (age 19 of High Point, NC) was arrested in Wilmington, NC on an outstanding arrest warrant for the murder of Roderick WHITE which occurred on 1/30/21.
Shipman is charged with 1st Degree Murder and other charges related to the commission of homicide. The suspect is being held at the local NC jail and is awaiting extradition.
Hagerstown Police thanked the following agencies for their help with the apprehension: Wilmington PD, High Point PD, North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Carolina Regional Fugitive Task Force and the US Marshal’s Service.
Excellent work was done by the Hagerstown Police Department Criminal Investigation Unit. This is still an ongoing and active investigation.
