CHAMBERSBURG – 06/26/21 the Chambersburg Police Department were called to 53 N Federal St for a noise complaint.
Jon Marc Blount Jr is being charged with violating the Borough Ordinance for Quiet Periods for playing loud music after receiving a verbal warning. Blount turned the music up as the responding Officer was walking away from the residence.
