CHAMBERSBURG – 22 April 2021 Chambersburg Police responded to the 1100 block of Scotland Ave for a report of a hit and run.
Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who advised a vehicle had struck his parked vehicle. A witness on scene believed the striking vehicle was a full size dark colored pick up truck with a missing passenger side headlight.
