On 02/05/21 at approximately 2215 hrs, the victim was operating his silver in color Honda Civic in the 1000 block of LWE. While driving eastbound, an older black in color 4 door vehicle changed lanes in front of the victim striking the front left corner of the Honda Civic.
This collision caused the bumper of the victim’s vehicle to fall off. After the collision, the black vehicle fled the area by way of Brumbaugh Ave. The black in color suspect vehicle would most likely have silver paint transfer on the right rear corner of the bumper. Anyone with information regarding this hit and run can submit a tip or contact the Chambersburg Police Dept.
