The Chambersburg Police Department is investigating a hit and run that occurred in the parking lot of Target at 913 Norland Ave on 11/01/20 at 12:50pm. A silver late model mini-van possibly a Honda, Nissan or Kia struck a parked vehicle and left. The operator of the mini-van was a short bald male in his 40’s with dark complexion. The striking vehicle should have damage to the passenger side front corner and possibly the headlight assembly. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact CPD at 717-264-4131 or submit a tip through the Crimewatch website.
