CHAMBERSBURG – UPDATE: A driver has since been identified.
Chambersburg Police were dispatched on Aug. 29 at 2:34 a.m. to a hit and run accident in the 500 block of South Second Street. The driver of a silver Kia Sedan struck a legally parked motor vehicle and fled the scene of the accident. The actor was described as a black male with black athletic shorts, a white t-shirt and a red baseball hat. Anyone with information regarding this incident is requested to contact the Chambersburg Police Department or leave a tip on Crimewatch.
