CHAMBERSBURG—The Chambersburg Salvation Army has begun its 2020 Angel Tree program.
The Angel Tree initiative provides gifts to more than 200 families and gives the community an opportunity to help bring Christmas to more than 900 children across Franklin County.
Angel Trees will be placed at Starbucks and Walmart in Chambersburg and Walmart in Waynesboro.
Community members are asked to remove a tag from the tree and purchase a gift. Gifts may be returned to the tree location or to the drop-off at the Chambersburg Mall.
Every donation provides help to those in need and all gifts stay within the community in which they are given.
