HAGERSTOWN – Today, 3/10/21, at about 11:30 am, officers of the Hagerstown Police Department responded to 64 Madison Ave for a report of a shooting. On arrival, officers located an adult female with a gunshot wound to the leg.
The female was transported to Meritus Medical Center with a nonlife threatening injury. Also inside the residence was Kevin Leonard Quander, age 37 of Hagerstown. Quander was identified as the suspect and was subsequently taken in to custody. He has been charged with the following:
1st Degree Assault
2 counts of 2nd Degree Assault
Reckless Endangerment
Possession of a Handgun
