16 March 2023- Hagerstown PD continue to rack up a TON of calls and arrests, particularly in pulling drugs off the street. Full release from HPD on their last month is below.
Here’s a little bit of what we’ve been up to in the last 30 days or so. We’ve handled 6,546 calls for service (approximately 218 a day) and made 146 arrests. Our officers are working hard around the clock!

Search warrant execution (residence), 24 S Cannon Ave – Kevin Carroll and Carrie Lowe charged. Code compliance responded and condemned residence with no electric and multiple fire hazards. Carroll and Lowe evicted
CDS PID, Burhans / Salem – Roseelie Reyes and Faelie Reyes arrested for pound of marijuana and $9813 seized, they were en route back to NYC
CDS, 428 Jonathan St – Devin Grey, 5g heroin, 5g crack, $2657 seized
CDS PID, 56 E Antietam St, Vehicle fled from MSP traffic stop and located by city officers. Antrell Freeman arrested with possession of 31 vials of fentanyl
CDS, 316 E Washington St McDonald’s- Jessica Libert charged with possession of crack and fentanyl
CDS, Jonathan / Murph – Julie Corso and Purnell Armstrong charged for CDS paraphernalia
CDS, Potomac / East Ave – Mark Haymes issued criminal citation for crack cocaine possession
