14 August 2023- Pennsylvania State Police are looking into a the theft of services from a McConnellsburg auto repair shop. Police say that on May 17th, Doyle’s Auto Service in McConnellsburg had a check bounce that belonged to an account with the name of Scott Berger. The total amount on the check was $299.45.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the incident and ask that anyone with information contact PSP-McConnellsburg.
A McConnellsburg man is looking at felony charges after a traffic stop yields an illegally carried gun. Matthew Clapsadle, 36, was pulled over by PSP Troopers near the intersection of Waterfall Road and Battleridge Road in Dublin Twp just after midnight on July 21st for traffic violations. When police talked to Clapsadle, police allegedly found him to be in possession of a loaded handgun without a concealed carry permit. Charges have since been filed against Clapsadle.
