Fulton Co. PSP Roundup: Man walks into PSP with bong in hand, fight between septuagenarian and 22 year old, more

13 September 2023- A man looks to be found snitching on himself by walking into PSP-McConnellsburg with a recently used bong and handing it into police.

Troopers say Anthony Bookheimer, 29, of McConnellsburg walked into the Barracks around 5:30am on September 13th “manifestly” under the influence. Bookheimer then turned in a glass marijuana bong that had marijuana residue in it. Charges are set to be filed through MDJ 39-4-02.

A 37 year old man is looking at DUI and drug possession charges after a traffic stop in McConnellsburg. Troopers pulled over Mark Mazzullo, 37, of McConnellsburg around 10pm on August 11th for traffic violations when they allegedly found him to be driving under the influence of marijuana.

Additionally, police found a “marijuana cigarette” either on him or in his vehicle. Charges are set to be filed through MDJ 39-4-02.

Both a 71 year old female and a 22 year old female are facing harassment charges following an incident in Todd Township. Police were dispatched to a location in the Hillside Estates in Todd Township around 8pm on September 10th.

Upon arrival, police allegedly found that both the elderly woman and the 22 year old had an argument that ended up with each pushing, hitting, and threatening each other. Both are classified as victims/arrestees, with charges for harassment coming through MDJ 39-4-02.
