Fulton Co. PSP Roundup: Indecent exposure in McConnellsburg, theft of flags on Buchanan Trail

05 December 2023- PSP in McConnellsburg are currently investigating a reported indecent exposure inside of the borough last month. Police say a 65 year old man from Erwin, North Carolina exposed himself during an incident on Lincoln Way East around 6:36am on November 27th.

The man, who’s name was not released, had charges filed against him by MDJ 39-4-01 in McConnellsburg. The victim was listed as a 25 year woman from Hagerstown.

PSP are currently investigating a theft of multiple flags from a home on Buchanan Trail in Ayr Township.

Police say that sometime around 8:25am on November 23rd, the McConnellsburg woman who owned the flags noticed they were stolen from a monument that was in front of her home.

The flags were an American flag, a Confederate Flag, and an unknown flag. PSP ask that anyone with information on the incident should contact PSP in McConnellsburg.

A James Creek, PA man is facing drug possession charges after an arrest just over the county line in East Providence Township, Bedford County. Police say that Craig Duval, 28, of James Creek, had his vehicle stopped near the intersection of Brush Creek Road and S Breezewood Road on October 29th of this year in the early morning.

The results of the traffic stop found that Duvall was not only operating the vehicle while impaired, he had methamphetamine and marijuana in his vehicle. Charges were then filed through MDJ 39-4-03.
