Fulton Co. PSP Roundup: DUI causes Friday rollover crash, corruption of minors over Snapchat, more

12 June 2023- Pennsylvania State Police announce the arrest of five teens, three of them juveniles, for allegedly being served alcohol at the Fulton County Fairgrounds. Around 10pm on June 9th, Pennsylvania State Police were called to the Fairgrounds for a report of minors drinking alcohol.

Once on scene, police found five minors who were alleged to have been drinking. After a breathalyzer test, Troopers issued the group citations for underage drinking. They were subsequently released to their guardians.

PSP lists the ages of the arrestees as 17, 18, 17, 16, and 19.


PSP Troopers from McConnellsburg announce the arrest of a 24 year old Everett man following “inappropriate conduct” with a minor. Police say that Ethan Strait, 24, of Everett, PA had contacted the 15 year old Warfordsburg victim by Snapchat. Strait has been charged with corruption of minors.


Troopers say that a rollover crash on Lincoln Highway Friday morning was because of a drunk driver. Troopers arrested Jody Clark, 42, of Breezewood, PA after the crash around 5am in the 6600 block of Lincoln Highway, Licking Creek Township. Investigators say that Clark’s 2008 Pontiac G6 flipped over but he was able to survive the crash.


Police in Brush Creek Township arrested an Everett man for DUI and possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on May 30th. PSP say that Edward Wilson, 61, was driving while under the influence, with a subsequent search finding methamphetamine associated with him.
