Franklin County PD Roundup: Theft from T-Mobile, videogames, and more

23 January 2023- On 1/10/2023 at approximately 1958 hours, CPD was dispatched to T-Mobile at 450 Gateway Avenue for a retail theft.  The store manager said 2 suspects wearing hospital style masks asked him to retrieve product out of the back room.  When the manager left the sales floor, the males grabbed 6 display phones that were attached to anti-theft wires and were able to pull them free and then fled the business.  The subjects shown in these pictures may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation.  They are persons of interest but not necessarily suspects at this time.  Anyone who believes they have information which would assist in identifying these people is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Department or submit a tip on Crimewatch. 

On 01/18/23 the Chambersburg Police Department was dispatched to Scottie’s Coin Wash located at 647 S Second St for theft. The pictured subject manipulated an amusement game in order to remove money from the game.  If anyone has information regarding the pictured subject, they are asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Department at 717-264-4131 or submit a tip through the Crimewatch website.  The person shown in this photo may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation. He/she is a person of interest, but not necessarily a suspect at this time. Duane K. Fraver, Waynesboro, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance after police made contact with him on December 1 at 11:04 p.m. in the 300 block of S. Potomac Street.
